Digital Jewel

In the last few months I have found myself sitting at the computer looking for a project that will keep me awake for an extra hour or two. The arrival of the new puppy means that neither of the humans in this house are free to go to bed whenever they want. There is an early 5:30am shift and a later 10:30 to 11:00pm shift. One of us has to stay awake to keep Magnus company and to let him outside. Last night I didn't think I would make it till 11pm but this little photo shop project made the time pass quickly. I used an old image of a jeweled brooch, cut the stone out and added in the lovely art deco woman. A five minute project with scissors...but a 60 minute trial and error assignment learning layers in photo shop. There is always something to do and learn if I have an extra hour.

Have a great Sunday. If you need something to do here are my great Sunday links!
