Today's post is about digital scrap booking in miniature.
A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to download a free copy of My Memories Suite 3.
I was excited to try the program because I am always looking for quick and easy ways to create background images for my bezels.
This is the digital scrap booking software I received and downloaded to my computer.
My Memories has provided me with one extra download to give-a-way!
So you can win your own copy by leaving a comment today.
The program is very easy to use! You can use their samples, you can create your own and you can purchase more artwork online.
The first thing I did was open a whole punch of samples. I layered and layered artwork! It was a great way to see everything that was included in the software package.
I finally settled on this page as my first background. Why do I need backgrounds? You'll see shortly.
I also imported this photo of my best friend Magnus.
I added floral images, circles and some words.
Now, most people who buy this software will
enjoy using it for paper scrapbooks.
I printed my pages in miniature...just one inch by one inch.
I placed my printouts into these bezels.
Most of you know I am the blog author for Resin Crafts!
I demonstrate how to work with resin daily on that blog.
Here are my bezels after my resin cured.
I now have some very unique, one of a kind pendants to add to my jewelry making projects.
I think Magnus looks fantastic and you can
really read "Best Friends."
So, would you like to win
a copy of the software?
Leave a comment on this post
and I will draw a winner
one week today - August 27th.
Can't wait? I can recommend this software as a great way to learn digital scrap booking techniques quickly! My Memories also gave me a discount for you right now!
