I make a lot of brooches. I love them. I think they are my favorite type of jewelry for personal embellishment. The only problem with brooches is the possibility of damaging your garment with large holes needed for a brooch pin like the one I made before I went away last week.
I figured out away around the pin hole problem. I sewed these jump rings to my jacket.
Now I can easily attach a brooch with out worrying about too many pin holes.
My new spring coat looks different everyday!
That's a great idea and there's less chance of losing it also!
