I was so happy with the response I received from the companies and designers I reached out to via a simple email request.
I think it says a lot about the companies and people we work with in this industry known as Craft. They were able to make time for one last contribution when they are already inundated with requests.

Hi Carmi, I wasn't aware that there was a Canadian Chapter for the CHA. Is there a trade show? Will there be one in the Vancouver area? I have been dying to go down to the one in California, but have not been able to yet. Would love to attend one here in Canada if I could.
