Stopping For a Sunrise

I never get tired of looking at horses.  I think if I had this miniature horse he would have to live in my studio.
These are just a few of the gifted animals that work at Sunrise, my favorite charity.
Sunrise is on a beautiful farm about an hour west of Toronto.  It was on my way to the Mixed Minded retreat in Kitchener, Ontario so I stopped by.
Every year I gather up boxes of supplies for the children's summer camp.  Knowing that kids are doing arts and crafts is such a happy thought.  My boxes included googly eyes, felt, beads, construction paper, glitter, feathers and all sorts of items that make for a children's craft project.
Wouldn't it be great to be going to camp this summer?

  1. I always wanted to go to summer camp. My boys would have nothing to do with it. Enjoy Kitchener.
