Pummeled Peonies

Mother nature released a downpour yesterday that my poor peonies couldn't take. All I can say is that at least I have this great picture to use as a background image now.

It rained so hard yesterday that all my peonies were pummeled to the ground. I didn't want all the branches to snap, so all there was left to do was cut the flowers off and let the plant try and get back up. My flowers are gone, but the picture will be something I can work with all year.

Have a nice Sunday and if you are looking for some jewelery inspiration, here are my links for this week.
