German Doll Necklace For Me

Even though it was a very busy weekend for gardening, I managed to make myself this necklace. And, I couldn't be happier with the final piece.
I have been wanting one for a while and since my vintage dolls all arrived from Germany its been driving me crazy not to put one together. Plus I had the added challenge of trying to impress Leslie. She doesn't really like the dolls....yet.....what do you think now?
The necklace just builds itself. With the focal point already established, and the doll pre-drilled in two places all I had to do was go through my stash of other broken jewelery to see what would go with her. She quickly became my rhinestone doll.

I love the idea that you took time to make something for you that you love. I have to agree with Leslie, I'm not sold on the little German gals either, but I love your necklace.

Gorgeous necklace Carmi. I think you're the Energizer Artist ...you just keep going and going and going. (You obviously have great batteries).
